Dani McColl

Dani McColl is an accomplished Global Campus Recruitment Manager at Squarepoint Capital since June 2022, leading a global team focused on recruiting driven graduates and interns for careers in Quantitative Research. Previously, Dani held the position of Talent Lead for Campus Hiring and Programmes at Improbable from September 2019 to June 2022, where management of university recruitment initiatives was a key responsibility. Following a maternity career break from May 2017 to August 2019, Dani worked at G-Research from May 2012 to May 2017 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, specializing in building engagement programs to attract top-tier STEM graduates for Quantitative Research roles. Dani's career commenced as a Recruitment Consultant in the City Division at Angela Mortimer from September 2010 to April 2012. Dani holds a degree in History from the University of Nottingham, earned between 2007 and 2010.
