Houssem Ammar

Houssem Ammar is a quantitative researcher at Squarepoint Capital since March 2021, having initially served as a quantitative researcher intern. Prior experience includes a role as a data scientist intern at Descartes Underwriting during the summer of 2020 and a scientific project position at Carrefour from September 2019 to April 2020. Additionally, Houssem worked as a teaching assistant at Lycée Général et Technologique Julie Victoire Daubie between September 2018 and April 2019. Houssem Ammar holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in applied mathematics from École Polytechnique (2018-2022) and a Master's degree in mathematical vision and learning from ENS Paris-Saclay (September 2021 - August 2022), as well as foundational studies at IPEST from 2016 to 2018.
