Jessica Donnellan

Jessica Donnellan is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Squarepoint Capital since November 2021, Jessica advises on global employment, real estate, and financing issues. Previously, Jessica held associate positions at Latham & Watkins and Proskauer Rose LLP, focusing on leveraged and acquisition finance within the Private Credit Group. Jessica's early legal training included a trainee solicitor role at Pinsent Masons, where experience spanned contentious tax, banking, restructuring, and pensions. Academically, Jessica obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University College London from 2010 to 2013, following an education at St. Paul's Girls' School from 2002 to 2009.
