Afroditi Catena

Afroditi Catena is an experienced product support professional currently serving as Product Support Lead (Scheduling) at Squarespace since April 2019. In this role, Afroditi collaborates with cross-functional teams to test and enhance products while managing customer feedback. Previously, as a Product Specialist and Integrations Lead, Afroditi managed escalated support tickets and conducted bug reporting. Afroditi's earlier experience as a Customer Operations Advisor included resolving a high volume of customer inquiries and collaborating on feature requests. Prior to Squarespace, Afroditi worked at Acuity Scheduling as a Customer Happiness Specialist, and in the hospitality industry at Chili's, successfully handling customer interactions and leading training initiatives. Afroditi holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kean University and an Associate's degree in Psychology from Middlesex College.
