Alexander Buccino

Alexander Buccino is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Developer Experience at Squarespace since March 2022. In this role, Alexander oversees a team that enhances the software development experience by focusing on tools for testing, environment management, source control, and documentation. Prior to Squarespace, Alexander spent over 15 years at Google, where notable positions included Senior Software Engineering Manager and Release Engineer, contributing to internal development tools and leading the release engineering team for Google Maps. Alexander's career also includes roles at NYK Line, Alliance Capital Management, Yahoo, USWeb/CKS, and W3-design, showcasing a strong background in configuration management and quality assurance. Alexander holds a degree from Bucknell University.
