Jorge Hoppe

Jorge Hoppe is a seasoned professional in customer operations and support, currently serving as Senior Customer Operations Director at Squarespace since August 2015, where leadership encompasses teams in Ireland, the US, and APAC, along with global oversight of social media support. Prior to Squarespace, Jorge held various roles at Google from June 2004 to August 2015, including EMEA Manager for gTech Ads, managing operations for major advertisers, and SMB Head of Channel Sales in Enterprise EMEA, where strategic growth initiatives for resellers were developed. Jorge's career began at Conex Brasil SA as a Sales and Account Manager, followed by a role as Marketing Specialist at Cascade General, Inc. Jorge holds a BA in Communications, Advertising, and Public Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
