Kaley Skapinsky is a seasoned UX researcher currently serving as a Staff UX Researcher at Squarespace, leading user experience research for the Acuity team since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kaley was a UX Research Manager at Meta, focusing on Facebook Stories, and held various positions at SeatGeek as a Lead UX Researcher, Meetup as UX Research Lead, and 1stdibs.com as a UX Researcher. Earlier experience includes a Customer Experience/UX Research Manager role at Kitchensurfing and a Postbaccalaureate Fellowship at the National Human Genome Research Institute. Kaley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, complemented by a study experience at Stanford University in Santiago, Chile.
