Katherine Arathoon

Katherine Arathoon is an experienced content and technical expert with a robust background in team management and content strategy development at Squarespace since May 2015. Currently serving as Team Manager for Content, Katherine leads a team of 10 writers, managing an extensive knowledge base that includes over 800 customer-facing guides and a chatbot.
