Polina Giralt

Polina Giralt is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and data solutions. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Data and AI at Globant since March 2024, Polina has also been a Software Engineering Contractor and Senior Staff Software Engineer at Squarespace since September 2016. Previously, Polina held roles such as Senior Software Engineer and Learning Tools: Data Team Lead at BuzzFeed, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams in data product development. With a strong background as Vice President and Technical Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase, Polina managed complex risk technology projects, including a comprehensive project portfolio. Early career experiences include roles at UBS as a Business Manager and Technical Project Manager, and at Innovative Power Solutions as a Software Engineer. Polina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology and Informatics from Rutgers University and completed intensive coding training at the Recurse Center.
