Michelle Azizzi, MSOD, currently serves as the Head of Employee Experience & Operations at Squint since September 2025. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Director of Performance & Development at Gusto from August 2021 to September 2025, where efforts included transforming performance systems and enhancing onboarding experiences. Michelle also held leadership positions at Coinbase as Senior Onboarding Program Manager during a period of significant growth and Adobe, where responsibilities spanned global learning strategy and HR content management. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s in Justice Studies from San José State University.
