Kieran Barnes is a Banking and Finance Associate at Squire Patton Boggs, having transitioned from a Trainee Solicitor role since September 2020. Prior to this, Kieran served as a Paralegal in Finance at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, contributing to major transactions such as the Blackstone Group Inc.'s acquisition of Dream Global REIT. Kieran also has litigation experience as a Paralegal at Squire Patton Boggs, focusing on class actions related to the global financial crisis, and has completed various legal placements and internships, enhancing a robust legal background. Kieran holds a Legal Practice Course (LPC) from BPP Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Southampton, complemented by additional law studies at The University of Hong Kong.
