Monica Gogna

Monica Gogna is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in financial services regulation and asset management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Financial Services Regulation & UK Asset Management at Squire Patton Boggs since May 2025, Monica has previously held key positions, including Head of the Financial Institutions Law Group and Partner at EY. As an Ambassador for the Diversity Project in the investment industry since September 2017, Monica actively promotes diversity within the sector. Additional roles have included partnership at Dechert LLP, Ropes & Gray LLP, and Pinsent Masons, as well as board membership and secretary positions with various organizations focused on diversity and financial inclusion. Monica's educational background includes advanced training in Sustainable Finance from INSEAD and leadership development from Cambridge Judge Business School, complemented by a law degree from The University of Manchester.
