Rachel Baiden

Rachel Baiden is a seasoned Global Technology Training Manager at Squire Patton Boggs, with over 20 years of experience in the training industry, focusing on legal training on a global scale. As a founding member of the Legal Technology Core Competencies Certification Coalition (LTC4™), Rachel contributed to the establishment of standardized core competencies for technology users in law firms from 2011 to 2023. Previous roles include Training Manager and Trainer at Hammonds, where Rachel delivered IT training in various formats, and Senior Trainer at Spring IT Training. Rachel holds a BTEC Media degree from Riley College Hull and completed secondary education at Wolfreton Secondary School in Kirkella.
