Jay Roberts is the VP of Operations and Chief of Staff at Squire Solutions. Jay is also the Co-Founder of The Whiskey Lab, where Jay has combined their passion for whisky with their entrepreneurial skills. Previously, Jay worked as a Senior Consultant at Guidehouse and as an Independent Business Owner at Sapere Coffee. Jay has a background in the US Navy as a Deputy Special Security Officer and Nuclear Submarine Officer. Jay holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
