Marcelo Ribeiro

Marcelo Ribeiro has a wealth of experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked in various roles since 1993. Marcelo began their career at NEC do Brasil S.A. as a Telecommunications Supervisor, followed by a position as Telecommunications Technician at Nextel Telecomunicações Ltda SP in 1998. In 1999, they joined Globalstar do Brasil S/A as a Telecommunications Specialist, and then moved to Nokia in 2001, where they held the roles of Technical Project Manager, Care Technical Manager, and CS Core Engineer. In 2014, Marcelo joined Sisteer do Brasil as Network Manager, and then moved to Mahindra Comviva in 2015 as a Telecommunications Consultant. In 2017, they were hired by Surf Group as Technical Manager and Vecto Mobile as Senior Telecommunications Engineer. Finally, Marcelo joined Gilat Satellite Networks in 2018 as Program Manager, and currently holds the role of Project Manager at Squire Technologies since 2019.

Marcelo Ribeiro completed their Electronic Technician degree at Etec Getúlio Vargas from 1989 to 1992. Marcelo then went on to obtain their Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Telecommunications degree from Estácio from 2003 to 2007. In 2018, they completed an Exam preparation for PMI/PMP certification course at Projectlab.
