Alexis Poole is an innovative entrepreneur and product manager with extensive experience in health and nutrition technology. Currently, as the Founder of Squirrl since March 2024, Alexis is developing an iOS app aimed at supporting neurodivergent children, particularly those with ADHD, in establishing routines through a reward-based system. Prior to Squirrl, Alexis held senior roles at Thriva Health and NatWest Group, focusing on digital experiences and product management. Notable achievements include the development of the Healthy Swaps Product at Spoon Guru, alongside roles that involved collaboration with major partners like Tesco. Alexis's background in nutrition includes a Bachelor of Science from King's College London, reinforcing a strong foundation in both health and technology sectors.
