RaeJean Pearce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer relationships, business development, and stakeholder management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Relationships and Business Development at Squiz since November 2017, RaeJean has held multiple leadership roles including General Manager - Global Head of Government. Prior experience includes crucial roles at ITNewcom as Location Manager for Western Australia, FinXL IT Professional Services as State Manager, and Oracle as Practice Director for the Western Region. RaeJean has successfully led various IT optimization engagements and has a strong foundation in human resource management systems from the Department of Education and Training, Western Australia. Educationally, RaeJean holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University.
