Nicolas Soubelet began their work experience in 2001 at PSA Peugeot Citroën, where they held roles as a Logistics Manager and a Logistics Coordinator for PSA International Plants. In 2007, they became an Industrial Representative in FIAT/TOFAS, and later held positions as an Industrial Launch Manager for the India Project and a Business Development Leader for Car Manufacturers Relations and Co-operations.

In 2014, Soubelet co-founded SQUIZ (Ma Bonne Etoile SAS). In 2015, they joined the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de région Paris Ile-de-France as a Cadre Coach PLATO Jeunes Entreprises.

Since 2021, Soubelet has been working as a Business Mentor at Accélérateur ESS, providing support and guidance to entrepreneurs in the Social and Solidarity Economy sector who are looking to scale their businesses and increase their social and environmental impact.

Nicolas Soubelet completed their education in a variety of institutions and fields of study. Nicolas obtained their Industrial Engineering Degree from Centrale Lille in 1998. In 1999, they earned a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, they pursued executive education and completed the TRIUM Global Executive Masters of Business Administration (GEMBA) program from several prestigious institutions including HEC Paris, NYU Stern School of Business, The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and the TRIUM Global Executive MBA program. The exact field of study for the TRIUM GEMBA program is not specified.
