Greg Springer

Greg Springer is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of SR Realty Trust, Inc. since September 2014, and as Chief Financial Officer for Schafer Richardson since June 2014, Springer has played a pivotal role in the growth and management of commercial real estate investment and development. Prior to these positions, Springer served as Chief Financial Officer and General Manager at North American Systems International for 12 years, overseeing finance, administration, and operations. A tenure at UnitedHealth Group from 1994 to 2002 included roles as Vice-President of Finance and Vice-President and Controller, where Springer led financial operations of a major business unit. Early career experience at Arthur Andersen LLP as Senior Audit and Business Advisory Manager laid the foundation for Springer's expertise in client service and financial management. Springer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
