Ivo Van de Put has extensive work experience in the aviation and engineering industries. Ivo began their career at KLM Engineering & Maintenance in 2004, where they worked as an Engineer and later as a Planner, responsible for managing inventory and ensuring component availability. In 2009, they joined KEMA as a Consultant before transitioning to Flugzeug Techniker Schule in 2014 as a Teacher of Thermodynamics. In 2012, Ivo joined SR Technics Group, where they held various leadership positions, including Head of Customer Support Engineering, Head of Commercial & Production Engineering, and Head of Shop Engineering. Currently, they serve as the Head of New Engines Engineering, overseeing the setup and implementation of capability for new engines within the organization.

Ivo Van de Put has a diverse educational background, with a focus on various technical and business subjects. In 2000 to 2003, they attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations.
