Dr. Geetha Manoharan currently serves as the Incharge Director of Publications & Patents and PhD program coordinator, as well as an Assistant Professor at SR University since January 2021. Prior experience includes a role as an Assistant Professor at The Tips Global Institute from July 2017 to December 2020 and Chief Operations Officer at CLEAR CHOICE from November 2012 to April 2015. Dr. Manoharan holds multiple degrees, including an M.Sc in Applied Psychology from Bharathiar University, an MHRM in Human Resources Management from Bharathidasan University, and a PhD in Human Resources Management from Nehru College of Management. Additional qualifications include a PGDPM in Labor and Industrial Relations and an M.Phil in Human Resources Management. Education also includes an MBA in Human Resources Management and a B.Com in Commerce with Computer Application from Bharathiar University.
