Lacramioara Turlea

Lacramioara Turlea is a seasoned professional with significant experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and human rights advocacy. Currently serving as Lead Auditor for integrated systems at SRAC CERT since July 2017, and as Manager of Global Regulatory Affairs at EastHORN since April 2021, Lacramioara coordinates submissions to regulatory authorities for global trials while providing regulatory support for start-up activities. Previous roles include Clinical Research Regulatory Specialist and Quality Assurance Manager at OperaCRO, where Lacramioara oversaw regulatory submissions and ensured compliance during clinical trials. As a Commissioner with the Organization for the Defense of Human Rights in Romania, Lacramioara focused on preventing human rights abuses, and at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, contributed to European project development and public administration training. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management of Social and Health Services from Victor Babeş University and an Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Universitatea Politehnica din Timişoara.
