Brian Leathers

Brian Leathers is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in test engineering and product development. Currently serving as Test Engineering Manager at SRAM, LLC since November 2016, Brian leads the development of new test methods for SRAM/Zipp's wheel product line and oversees the continuous improvement of testing processes. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Test Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, where Brian managed testing for aircraft turbine starter and motor products while also handling thermal management valve applications. Earlier internships at Silicis Technologies and Power Gear provided foundational experience in materials testing, subassembly design, and engineering change orders. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, earned in 2011.
