Eric Swaidner

Eric Swaidner has over two decades of experience in product development, primarily at SRAM, LLC since November 2000, where roles have included Director of Product Development and Product Development Manager, focusing on Suspension, Wheels, and Accessories. Previous positions at SRAM include Regional Test Manager for the Western US, Product Development Team Leader for wheels, Design Engineer for suspension products, and Manufacturing Engineer overseeing processes for bicycle suspension products. Prior to SRAM, Eric Swaidner worked as a Mechanical Engineer at ITT Systems, specializing in mechanical systems for satellite ground systems, and served as an Electromechanical Sales Engineer at Western Technology Marketing. Eric Swaidner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
