Jack Tsai

Jack Tsai is a seasoned sourcing and merchandising professional with extensive experience in supplier and vendor management. Currently serving as Sourcing Manager at SRAM, LLC since October 2021, Jack oversees supplier relationships, evaluates procurement strategies, and manages risk assessments. Previously, as Sourcing Executive at HNI Corporation, responsibilities included negotiation, customer interaction, and supplier transition readiness. Jack's earlier role as Manager of Merchandising at Li & Fung Limited involved enhancing customer service, supervising order processes, and managing a vendor network for efficient product development. Jack holds an MBA from National Tsing Hua University and has completed an exchange program in Industrial Design at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, along with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from National Yunlin University of Science and Technology.
