Jackie Chen

Jackie Chen serves as the TWN Human Resources Associate Manager at SRAM, LLC, since March 2014, with notable achievements including the establishment of the TWN Manufacturers Training Center and the development of key production systems. Prior roles include Asia Product and Business Development Director & China GM at L.K. Machinery Corp., where Jackie laid the groundwork for a strategic technology services team, and Senior Manager & NBD Director specialist at 捷普集團, facilitating significant product developments for major clients like Apple. Jackie has also held key positions at Wintek Corporation and ROUNDTOP MACHINERY INDUSTRIES CO., LTD, contributing to substantial revenue growth and product innovations. Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Material and Manufacturing Engineering from Feng Chia University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology from Universidad del Pacífico.
