Jason S. has extensive experience in engineering and coaching within the cycling and athletic domains. Currently a Suspension Engineering Tech at SRAM, LLC since October 2020, Jason also serves as a Senior Athletic Coach at Carmichael Training Systems since June 2005, where coaching services have been provided to world champion and amateur cyclists through individualized training regimens and feedback on performance metrics. Previously, as the owner of Motion Lab, Ltd from January 2018 to October 2020, Jason specialized in tuning suspension components and developing data acquisition systems for cycling. Notably, during a tenure at SRM USA from September 2008 to October 2020, Jason played a pivotal role in product development, including project management for innovative cycling technologies, significantly enhancing product quality and manufacturing standards. Early career experience includes a role as a Machinist/Manufacturing Engineer in training at Cogitic Corporation. Jason holds an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Fort Lewis College, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
