Rob Cappucci

Rob Cappucci has a diverse work experience in various industries. Rob is currently working as the Director of Advocacy and Industry Partnerships at SRAM, LLC since June 2023. Previously, they served as the Director of Product Management, Railing Products at The AZEK Company from 2018 to 2019. Rob also worked at SRAM LLC as a Category Manager for Electric Bike Products from 2003 to 2016. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Shure Incorporated from 2000 to 2002. Rob also held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Productivity Technologies, Incorporated from 1993 to 1994. Additionally, Rob worked at FMC Corporation, where they served as a Materials Manager in Aalst, Belgium, from 1991 to 1992 and as a Manufacturing Analyst in the Corporate Consulting Staff in Chicago, IL, from 1989 to 1992.

Rob Cappucci completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a focus on Management Policy, Marketing, and Operations at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
