Stephanie Timpone

Stephanie Timpone is a Test Engineer with SRAM, LLC since March 2020, specializing in the global test team for road rear derailleurs. Prior experience includes serving as an Engineering Physicist at Fermilab from July 2014 to February 2020, where coordination with interdisciplinary teams facilitated the completion of mechanical design tasks for high energy physics and astrophysics projects. Stephanie has also contributed to education as a Physics Teacher at Madison Public Schools - Daniel Hand High School from July 2011 to June 2014 and as a Lab Instructor at Connecticut College from August 2012 to May 2014. Additionally, a role as a Student Teacher at The Norwich Free Academy was held in 2010. Educational achievements include a Master’s Degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and Mathematics from Connecticut College, alongside completion of the Adult Improvisation Program at The Second City.
