Tracy Gowler

Tracy Gowler is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director of Team Leadership at SRAM, LLC since September 2013, Gowler began project management for the road brake team, leveraging extensive experience to optimize scheduling. Additionally, Gowler has been the President of Your Health Made Simple since May 2016, addressing unmet health concerns affecting women. As the Owner/President of MTAD Investments Inc. since 2009, Gowler oversees a full-service real estate investment company focused on revitalizing distressed homes. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Staff Engineer at Motorola Mobile Devices from 1987 to 2004, specializing in design engineering and product introduction. Gowler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and studied at the University of North Texas.
