Jack Franz

Jack Franz possesses extensive experience in defense and aerospace management, holding leadership positions within various organizations associated with the U.S. Air Force and national defense. Currently serving as a Manager at SRC since September 2012, Jack supports multiple entities at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Previous roles include Program Manager at The Rehancement Group, Inc., and Program Director at Air Force Material Command, where Jack led a 320-person Program Management Office overseeing over 42 training systems programs with contract values surpassing $7 billion. Other notable positions include Chief of Staff at Aeronautical Systems Center, Deputy Commander at the Space Warfare Center, and Commander of the Operations Division at the National Reconnaissance Office. Jack holds advanced degrees from Air University and the University of Oklahoma, complemented by substantial training in electronic warfare and acquisition management.
