Kevin Gagnier

Kevin Gagnier is an experienced professional in cost estimation and pricing, currently serving as Sr Manager of Cost & Pricing at SRC since May 2013. Prior roles include Manager of Cost & Pricing and Sr. Cost Estimator at SRC, as well as Sr. Cost Estimator at SRCTec, Inc from December 2010 to May 2013. Gagnier has also held significant positions in the USAF, first as JSTARS Chief Cost Estimator from 2008 to 2010 and previously as DCGS Lead Cost Estimator. Additional experience includes serving as a Cost Estimator at MCR Federal from 2006 to 2008 and managing financial analysis as NAS Lead Financial Analyst with the USAF from 2003 to 2006. Kevin Gagnier holds a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech, earned between 1998 and 2002.
