Kimberly A. Boynton

Vice Chairperson at SRC

Kimberly A. Boynton is a member of SRC's board of trustees. She is also the president and chief executive officer of Crouse Health and vice president of the Crouse Health Foundation.

Boynton began her career at Crouse in 1998 and prior to her appointment as CEO in January 2014, served as chief financial officer since 2003. In her career at Crouse, Boynton has overseen multiple operational areas including information technology, health information management, patient access, engineering and facilities, housekeeping, purchasing, materials management and construction management. She was instrumental in the development of the organization's healthcare reform Stage 1 'meaningful use' roll-out, acquisition of Internist Associates of CNY, the formation and integration of Crouse Medical Practice, and construction of the hospital's $53 million Witting Surgical Center and $13 million parking garage projects.

In addition to her membership on the SRC board of trustees, Boynton is a board member of the Healthcare Association of New York State and Centerstate CEO. She serves as the board vice chair of AAA of Western and Central New York and is the board president of the University Hill Corporation. She earned her MBA in 2013 from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management.
