Rob Shear

Rob Shear is an experienced executive with a substantial background in manufacturing management. Currently serving as General Manager at SRC of Lexington since September 2009, Rob took on this role following the acquisition of the Komatsu remanufacturing plant by SRC. Prior to this position, Rob served as Plant Manager for Komatsu's North American remanufacturing facility from 2003 to 2009. Alongside these roles, Rob held the positions of Region Manufacturing Manager and Materials Supervisor at Cardinal Health between 2000 and 2003. Rob holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BS in International History and Middle East Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
