Gregory R. Dow is an experienced attorney who has held various leadership roles in capital markets and corporate finance. Currently serving as Of Counsel at SRD Legal Group, Gregory R. advises clients on corporate and HR matters. Previously, Gregory R. was the Chief Executive Officer of Northbound Securities LLC, which was acquired in 2023. With a background in legal counsel and operations, Gregory R. has worked at reputable firms such as KLR Group, Rodman & Renshaw Capital Group, Cowen and Company, Merrill Lynch, and Peregrine Capital Markets. Dow holds a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and completed their undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College.
