Shari S. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, transactional matters, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. Currently serving as Of Counsel and Head of ESG Practice Group at SRD Legal Group, Shari advises clients on various corporate issues, including M&A, data protection, and policy development. As Managing Director, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Ranieri Partners LLC since 2011, Shari collaborates on strategic and regulatory matters while addressing corporate governance. Shari's career includes significant roles at notable law firms such as Latham & Watkins and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, and positions in consultancy and facilitation relevant to public policy and sustainable business practices. Shari holds a BA in English from Barnard College, a JD from Cardozo School of Law, and an MBA in Sustainable Innovation from the University of Vermont Grossman School of Business, complemented by a diploma in Culinary Management.
