The Operations Team at SREE Hotels is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations across the company's multiple properties. Led by the Regional Director Of Operations and comprising several General Managers, an Assistant General Manager, and a Night Auditor, the team focuses on optimizing guest experiences, maintaining high-quality service standards, managing staff, and overseeing property maintenance and financial performance.
