Isharnanto has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in the feed industry, beginning their career as a Hammer Mill Operator at PT. CJ Feed Indonesia from 2001 to 2003. They have held roles including CCR Operator, Staff Process, and Production Supervisor, showcasing a range of skills from quality control to staff training. They served as Plant Manager at PT. Malindo Feedmill tbk from 2016 to 2017 and are currently the Head of Manufacturing at PT. Sreeya Sewu Indonesia Tbk since 2022. Isharnanto earned a degree in Human Resources Management from STIE BINA BANGSA in 2013.
