As a Project Director, Bill leads structural design services for SRF’s Wisconsin team. He has over 36 years of experience, including 34 years working for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), most recently as WisDOT Bureau of Structures (BOS) Design Chief. Bill is well-versed in the BOS’s processes, procedures, and policies and in WisDOT’s project development and delivery process. With his unique expertise and close ties to the region’s transportation industry, Bill is a great complement to our Wisconsin team.
