Jacob Connor

Jacob Connor is an experienced professional in transit planning, currently serving as the Transit Planning Lead at SRF Consulting Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jacob held several positions at the Chicago Transit Authority from June 2017 to October 2023, including Senior Manager of Service Planning and Coordinator of Special Events Service Planning. Previous experience includes roles at the Western Transportation Institute as an Advanced Public Lands Transportation Scholar and a Public Lands Transportation Scholar, where significant contributions were made in public lands transportation initiatives. Jacob also gained valuable skills as a Service Planning Intern at Pace Suburban Bus and an Event Planning Intern at Active Transportation Alliance. Jacob holds a Master’s in Urban Planning and Policy with a focus on Transportation Planning from the University of Illinois Chicago, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Economics from Northeastern Illinois University and an Associate’s from the College of Lake County.
