Leading the strategic business and direction of the firm, Todd continues to build on his more than 20 years of transportation planning and engineering. He is a recognized leader in the transportation industry and has led complex projects through challenging operation and design decisions, as well as facilitated stakeholder decision-making processes.

A problem-solver at heart, Todd was originally drawn to engineering because, “Engineers do a lot to better the lives of individuals and the communities they serve.” Todd has carried this inspiration to enrich the lives of others throughout his career, whether improving traffic and safety or mentoring young engineers. Within SRF, Todd is highly regarded for his strong leadership, dedication to clients and staff, and his vision for the future of infrastructure.
