Prior to SRF Limited, Amitabh worked at Essar Oil Limited as Divisional Manager, where responsibilities included establishing franchisee networks for fuel retail in multiple states. Additionally, Amitabh's experience includes serving as Deputy Manager of Sales at Castrol India, focusing on B2B sales through workshops, and a sales role at Asian Paints. Amitabh holds a B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from HBTI, Kanpur, completed in 1993.
