Eric Ridenour

Eric Ridenour is an experienced associate vice president and senior associate at SRG + CannonDesign, focusing on long-range planning for higher education and campus development. With a robust background in sustainable design and community planning, Eric has led significant projects, including the site infrastructure implementation for OSU-Cascades. Prior to this role, Eric served as an adjunct professor at Portland State University, teaching a course on Green Buildings in the Master’s program for Real Estate Development, and worked as a campus and community planner at SERA Architects, contributing to development plans for various educational institutions. Eric's career in architecture and planning began with positions at Fletcher Farr Ayotte, Merrill Architects, and other organizations, showcasing a breadth of experience from planning to project coordination. Eric holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Cruz.
