Jan Henseleit

Jan Henseleit currently serves as the Head of HR Strategy, Personnel, and Organizational Development at SRG SSR since April 2013, overseeing leadership development programs and talent management. Prior experience includes roles such as HR Strategy and Development Specialist at SRG SSR, lecturer on various HR themes at HSO Wirtschaftsschule Schweiz, and project leader for workplace health management at Gesundheitsförderung Schweiz. Additional experience encompasses responsibilities in personnel development at Bundesamt für Sport BASPO and organizational development at Klinik Villa im Park. Jan Henseleit holds a Master of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Bern and has completed executive and advanced studies in management and organizational development at IESE Business School and ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
