Janne Bate is an accomplished Principal Consultant at SRG since April 2021, providing technical expertise and talent acquisition for STEM businesses in the life sciences and pharma sectors. With prior experience as Managing Consultant at Volt - International, Interim Director of AI at IDentek Global Search, and Senior Consultant roles at RBW Consulting Limited and PSD Group, Janne has built a strong foundation in recruiting senior-level professionals across diverse technical fields, particularly in life sciences and engineering. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes founding Jannes Vintage, an online boutique featured on Channel 4's "This Old Thing," and serving as Marketing Co-Ordinator for Relate Mid Surrey. Janne holds a BA Hons in International Hospitality Management from the University of Brighton, completed in 1993.
