Tom Ellum

Tom Ellum is the Director of Consulting at SRI Executive, a global consulting practice specializing in leadership and governance for the Not for Profit and Sustainable Development sectors, since December 2023. As a Labour Councillor and Policy Advisor for Regeneration in Worthing, Tom focuses on promoting equality, supporting small businesses, and protecting the environment. With extensive experience as a Board Director for Marie Stopes Papua New Guinea and a Deputy Programme Director at Sightsavers, Tom has managed significant projects and optimized health assessment systems, securing substantial funding from the Gates Foundation. Additionally, Tom is a Syndicate and Charter Member at OxBridge Angels Ltd, investing in high-growth businesses, and has held strategic consulting roles across various organizations, emphasizing the intersection of health and business growth. Tom holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School and an MSc in International Development from the University of Bath.
