Allison Wood

Allison Wood is the acting chief people officer of SRI International and leads the global human resources function, including development of a highly-talented and diverse employee base, aligning culture with mission, talent recruiting and retention, and total rewards, benefits and employee communications. With more than 30 years of expertise, and nearly 14 years at SRI, she has a strong reputation for empowering organizational leadership, partnering with the business on change management initiatives as well as navigating diverse stakeholder needs.

Prior to SRI, Wood spent time at Maxtor Corporation and Quantum Corporation , where she held leadership roles in human resources and employee relations.
