Mehrdad Ayati

Mehrdad Ayati, MD, serves as a Health Care Community Advisor for the Alzheimer's Association® in Northern California and Northern Nevada since January 2018. Additionally, Mehrdad holds a position as a Board Director at Forum CCRC and is the Founder of the Geriatric Concierge Center. Currently, Mehrdad is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine, where previous roles included Assistant Professor and Medical Director for various subacute care facilities. As a member of the American Geriatrics Society's National Committee and an Advisory Consultant for SRI International, Mehrdad has extensive involvement in geriatric medicine. Educational qualifications include a Fellowship in Geriatrics from Stanford University and a Doctor of Medicine degree from IRAN University of Medical Sciences.
