Sampath Dayawansha

Sampath Dayawansha has extensive experience in the media and sports industry, currently serving as a Media Specialist at Sri Lanka Cricket since July 2019. Prior roles include Director at Time and Space Action Pvt Ltd. from January 2015 to July 2019 and Managing Director at S & A Creations from September 2009 to September 2014. Sampath also held positions as Executive Sports Reporter and Promotions Manager at MTV/MBC Channels Pvt. Ltd. from February 2005 to February 2009, and as Sports Presenter Producer at Swarnavahini from May 2000 to March 2003. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sports Presenter/Producer at Hiru FM from July 1998 to May 2000. Sampath earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media from the University of Hertfordshire between 2009 and 2012.
