Haritha Indeepa is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Products at D. Samson & Sons (Pvt) Ltd since May 2024. Haritha also holds multiple positions as a Visiting Lecturer at esteemed institutions including Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing, Informatics Institute of Technology, and the National Institute of Business Management. Prior to the current role, Haritha worked as a Senior Manager Marketing at LAUGFS Super and as a Brand Manager at Cargills Ceylon and ReeBonn Cosmetics. Haritha's extensive educational background includes an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management and several marketing and digital marketing qualifications from recognized institutions.

Since 1970, SLIM has been promoting marketing excellence and elevating the status of marketing in Sri Lanka.
